Mozzarella sticks and dips recipe

To make delicious mozzarella sticks, acquire a brick of mozzarella cheese. Cut it into sticks 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, roll each stick in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, then egg, then breadcrumbs. When they’re all rolled, put them in the freezer for an hour or two. Heat your oil to 180°C. Use tongs or a spider to lower the sticks into the oil. Let them cook for 1 minute max, take them out and set them on paper towels to soak up some of the oil. Dips those sticks first into some kind of sauce, then into some kind of mouth.
