Phil Schneider’s last public talk about deep underground military bases, UFOs and the Alien agenda. He was murdered in 1996.
Schneider was a self taught Geologist and explosives expert and was an ex-government structural engineer. He worked for the Morrison Knudsen Company, U.S. Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Navy.
He was the son of German Commander, Otto Oscar Schneider who was captured during World War II and repatriated to US Navel Intelligence and settled in Maryland in 1947. After Phil’s father died and his best friend Ron Rummell was found dead in a park in 1993, Schneider decided to get what he knew out in the open.
