“Cholesterol Is A Molecule Of Life & LDL Is The Unsung Hero Of The Immune System.”
“High Cholesterol Leads To A Longer Life.”
The longitudinal Swedish AMORIS cohort study—which has a 35-year follow-up period—has shown that high total cholesterol is linked with reaching 100 years of age.
The decades long study on 812,073 participants showed that high levels of total cholesterol & iron, with low levels of glucose were linked to becoming a centenarian.
Dr Uffe Ravnskov, MD PhD & Dr Malcolm Kendrick found the same evidence, in their numerous publications on cholesterol & longevity. The research showed that those with the highest LDL-C, lived the longest.
LDL is a transport molecule for cholesterol & a vital immune system regulator. Lowering LDL levels with medications drugs does not lengthen life…it shortens it.
For instance, documentation shows that when LDL drops below 70 mg/dL, hemorrhagic strokes (brain bleeds) increase at 3X the rate.
When cholesterol is lowered below 180 mg/dL with medication, the rate of cancer & dementia increases drastically.
Total cholesterol that stays below 150 mg/dL, chronic illnesses like cancer & autoimmune diseases develop.
- Every Cell Must Have Cholesterol In Order To Perform These Bodily Functions:
- Building block of all cells.
- Creation of mitochondria.
- Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K.
- Critical for digestion & bile acids.
- Immune system protection against infections.
- Protection against bacteria, pathogens & viruses.
- Protect against cancer.
- Prevent depression & suicide.
- Protect against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals.
- Prevent dementia & cognitive decline.
- Protect against all cause mortality.
- Production of all steroid hormones.
- Protect bone density & prevent osteoporosis.
- Protect against stroke & heart disease.
- Important for lungs & airways.
The Way Of Life To Keep Glucose Low & Cholesterol High:
A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.
This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiovascular health. TG/HDL ratio of less than 1.5 is optimal.
