DARPA, Palantir, Boeing, foreign countries, and even Google have programs and technology that can read & write, manipulate, induce, project, and effect things and people in ways you never thought possible. All this is already here and already weaponized.
The tech reported in the U.S. military raid on Maduro is just a taste. These DEWs have many layers and include, A.I., electromagnetics, and other frequency weapons.
